i totally agree!!! this stinks i have been waiting for 24 hours now to get my tickets and my complaints resolved and my patients is running really REALLY thin, makes me not want to use this service anymore incase something goes wrong your screwed..

your dependant on people that dont seem to be here at all, its like talking to a brick wall..
