The SMS Payment Page got stuck but I have received a text that my payment was successful

Normally the payment progress bar displayed on the payment page is updated with every billing message we send you. However, if your Internet connection is poor it may happen that you will receive all of our billing messages as well as the final confirmation by text that your payment was successful and yet the progress bar on your computer screen will be still stuck at message 3/5 for example. 

If you received a text confirmation that your payment went through on your mobile, you can safely assume that the transaction has completed. Log into your player account and check if your membership has been upgraded. This usually happens automatically once payment goes through.
