Any other personal information about the user is encrypted at the time of making the payment request. hello just got a txt with a pin, i have not joined this site or need it and how you got my mobile number ? I want to know who has used my detail as if i get any charges for anything from you i will take legal action promt

The way our service works is that the user enters a mobile number online and we send a free text message with instructions on how to proceed. You are not being charged until you follow these instructions.
In your case, it is likely that someone has entered your phone number in the payment window online, we would have then send you a free text message with a confirmation code that you need to enter in the same payment window online to verify if you are in the possession of the phone device and confirm that you wish to be billed. Everything is free of charge until you enter the code online. It simply appears that someone was trying their luck.
We can certainly verify what has happened in your case to be 100% sure. We can also block your phone number from our services. Please send your phone number to support@surfpin.com or click "SUBMIT A REQUEST" above and we will advise you further.
