If you believe that you are victim of fraud, for example when someone deceived you to get them a PIN by calling or texting Surfpin whilst claiming that our services are free of charge, you must file a police report to prove that fraud has taken place. Without proof of fraud, there is little we can do to reimburse your charges.

Please read out Terms & Conditions as displayed in the Surfpin Checkout Service and available for viewing before commencing with payment. Our Terms and Condition state as follows:

"Limitations on Our Liability

Nothing in this agreement shall restrict or exclude our liability to you for fraud or for death or personal injury caused to you by our negligence, or our employees' negligence. Subject to this we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any economic loss, any direct or indirect loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business, loss of contracts, loss of revenue, loss of time, loss of goodwill, loss of reputation or loss or harm of data whether in contract, tort or otherwise (including negligence and breach of statutory duty) in respect of all causes of action arising in contract, tort or otherwise (including liability for negligence or breach of statutory duty) in connection with the supply, partial supply or non-supply of the Service, the Content and this Agreement."
