Resume Incomplete Payment

If you run of of credit and we could not send you all billing messages to complete the transaction, you will be able to resume your payment.

Top up your phone with sufficient credit to cover the cost of the remaining billing messages as well as any network charges that may apply.

Then, please start a new payment request and enter the same telephone number you used to make your previous payment request into the payment window. You should see 'Resume Payment' and 'Clear Payment' buttons on the page. Click 'Resume Payment' and follow the instructions on your computer screen and phone.

If you top up your phone but don't hit the Resume Payment button, the system will try to finalise the transaction automatically after 24 hours from the time when you initiated the payment (provided that you sent Y to the last message received from Surfpin).
