We are sorry to announce that the Lithuanian suboperator Rouge has been blacklisted from using Surfpin's services. You will no longer be able to use your Rouge phone number  to make payments with Surfpin. This is because Rouge has not correctly integrated with Surfpin payment system, which resulted in many "false" payments to go through our system although no money has actually been collected from Surfpin users. Consequently, we were forced to shut down Surfpin payments for Rouge entirely. 

If you wish to pay by Surfpin, please obtain a new phone number from any major network operator in Lithuania such as Omnitel.
