I don't want a refund! Can you just give me my membership/credits?

If you have paid the full amount for your membership or virtual currency but in several incomplete SMS transactions, we can enable your membership manually. However this can sometimes take longer than for you to obtain a refund and make a brand new payment. If you prefer for your membership to be enabled rather than obtain a refund please create a Customer Support Ticket and we will organise it for you.
