If you are eligible for a refund, the quickest way for us to return your money is by PayPal. Please let us know your registered PayPal email address and the refund will be processed for you within 1 business day.

Alternatively, if you don't have a PayPal account we can issue a refund via Western Union. We would require your full name and postal address. We will then email you with a special reference number for your Western Union transfer which you will need to present at your nearest Western Union outlet along with your ID in order to cash the money. You must be 18 years old or over to collect your Western Union Refund. If you are under-aged please give us the details of an adult who will collect the Western Union refund on your behalf.

Customers based in the UK can be refunded by cheque or Postal Order.
