I tried to pay for my Runescape membership by using surfpin pay by sms method from Lithuania. After the first sms i sent to you, i got "payment failed" message on my computer and "you will be taken to the payment confirmation page when we take the full payment" message to my mobile phone. Then i tried to send another message and got the same result. However payment was taken from my phone bill. It says that my payment was received but they can't activate it or something and that i need to wait. But i didn't finished the payment. So what should i do now? Try again or wait? Will you refund my my money?

@ Villius and Darius - There may be various reasons why you received the "payment failed" message on your phone but the most common one is lack of credit on your phone which prevents us from taking the full payment or the part of it. Also, your phone operator may charge some small fees, which is something off our hands and will depend on your phone plan.
If you run out of credit in the middle of the payment, let's say at step 1 out of 5 then you are likely to have been charged 1/5th part of your Surfpin payment + any applicable charges from your phone operator.
Another common reason for "failed payment" message is a block on your phone. If you are sure you had plenty of credit on your phone (or you are on pay monthly plan) - this is most likely the cause of your problem. Please contact your operator to verify this and request assistance.
We can verify what happened with your specific payment requests if you give us the phone numbers you paid with.

In order to activate your Runescape membership we must receive full payment first. i used youe method to buy my son a month membership on binweevils, i had a couple of messages to my phone saying payment confirmed and the money was taken from my phone but then nothing else happened and my son is still not a member?
