The Surfpin Pay By SMS transaction flow has changed in Belgium. 

Previously you were meant to send 5 Y messages to 3566, each message charging 1.50 EUR. 

Now, you are asked to send 4 Y messages, 1 message to 3566 at 1.50 EUR followed by 3 Y messages to 3360 at 2.00 EUR.

Total cost is the same but you will be asked to send your messages to two different shortcodes to complete the transaction.The correct shortcodes are always displayed on the screen and if you follow the instructions you should not have any problems.
